Steele Auto Group has an immediate requirement for a Client Care Associate to support our Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI locations!

Location: Remote with occasional travel (less than 5%) to dealerships throughout Atlantic Canada.

This opportunity offers a progressive call center environment with NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS, and NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an anticipated start date of May 12th, 2025.

Earn a competitive base wage of $17.15 to $19.90 per hour plus a bonus of up to $600 per month.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Mission):
  • Delivering friendly, helpful, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and other channels — think VIP concierge vibes.
  • Scheduling appointments and reminding customers about upcoming service needs.
  • Managing your workload and juggling priorities efficiently.
  • Following up on inquiries and proactively resolving issues.
  • Keeping customer records up to date and handling sensitive information with care.
  • Collaborating with dealerships to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
  • Supporting where needed, whether updating systems, resolving issues, or assisting on the fly.
