Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Associate to support Investment Advisors at CIBC Wood Gundy, helping manage portfolios and develop new business for high-net-worth clients in Thornhill. You will engage clients directly, uncover opportunities, and help improve the client experience.

This on-site role offers a base salary within CAD 51,500–60,200 plus an annual discretionary bonus, with opportunities for growth and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or brokerage environments is preferred.
• CIRO-ID Investment Representative accreditation in good standing is required.
• RR licensing is an asset and may be required in the future.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – focus on each client's experience and deepen relationships.
• Business Development – identify opportunities and support Investment Advisors in growth.
• Relationship Building – expand CIBC presence through local events and outreach.
