About The Role
We’re looking for a multi-faceted Client Assistant/Account Administrator to serve as an integral member of our Personal Lines Lloyds department, assisting both in the property and equine divisions. In this role, you will provide support to our underwriting team as well as the sales and service teams through assigned daily tasks.

What You’ll Do

  1. Update EPIC client files with all applicable policy and client data (i.e. customer information, policy information, coverages and billing)
  2. Process and issue new business, renewal, endorsement and cancellation documents
  3. Complete portal transactions and changes for new, cancelled and existing client policies
  4. Processing / Preparation of Account Summaries, Renewal letters and New Business letters
  5. Assist producers and account managers with applications
  6. Manage NSF list and follow up with account managers for missing payments
  7. Assist producers and account managers with payment inquiries
  8. Scan and attach relevant documents to client file for proper documentation
  9. Other duties as assigned

What You Bring
  1. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  2. Detail-oriented and high-level critical thinking ability
  3. Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions
  4. Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
  5. Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
  6. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel
  7. RIBO license or working towards RIBO is an asset
  8. Knowledge or experience of any kind in the equine field is an asset
