Hillberg & Berk, a proudly Canadian jewelry company, seeks a Client Ambassador for our Cornwall Centre location in Regina. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support brand initiatives, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with store management to meet monthly sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and share customer feedback to help grow the business. Prior retail experience and strong communication are essential.

What can you expect in this role?

As a Client Ambassador, you will be responsible for upholding the Hillberg & Berk culture and creating an environment that is committed to exceeding client’s expectations with the highest level of client service at all times. You will meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives to all customers.

As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team. You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising and you’ll provide support to ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished at all times.

What do you need to apply?

You will shine in this role with a minimum of two years retail sales experience coupled with excellent communication and time management skills.
