Maison Margiela North America is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a luxury retail environment in Toronto. You will greet clients, offer expert product knowledge, and tailor styling advice to individual needs.
Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays. The role supports building a client book, inviting events, and personal styling sessions while upholding brand standards and presentation across the store.
Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.
The Client Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, guidance, and solutions tailored to their needs. The role involves driving sales, fostering client loyalty, and upholding the brand’s high standards of excellence.
