Job Details

Job Title: Client Advisor, Auto Insurance

Status : Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Kamloops South

Pay Range : Acera’s compensation offerings reflect a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes company performance and individual contributions. The typical hiring range for this position is from $45,000 - $50,000 annually. The base salary range for this position is determined based on market location and is influenced by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s years of experience, education, geographic location, and demonstrated ability.

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Client Advisor, Auto Insurance to work in our Kamloops South office. This role’s purpose is to advise, explain, promote and sell insurance policies to ensure Acera clients are correctly insured. If you thrive on a high pace and keeping clients happy while protecting their livelihood, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide auto and other types of insurance, including commercial fleet, to our clients
  • Recommend and implement clients\' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment
  • Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features
  • Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims
  • Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals
  • Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by your team leader
