Job Summary

Join RBC as a Client Service Representative, where your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills will help create meaningful experiences for our clients. You will assist clients with their banking needs, demonstrate digital banking tools, onboard new clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients in-branch and community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Educate clients about banking products and digital tools, ensuring a memorable experience that drives sales and retention.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions initiated by them.
  • Listen actively to understand individual client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Take ownership of resolving banking issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Passion for client service and success in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and a drive for success.
  • Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Availability to work all business hours.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience building client relationships in financial or service industries.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation or Canadian Securities Course.
  • Fluency in a second language.
