What You Will Do
  • Sell a wide range of products, including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, and Home Phone, directly to customers at their homes.
  • Act on provided leads and generate new residential sales in your territory.
  • Represent Rogers with pride in the field, at special events, and when following up on customer inquiries.
  • Build friendly, professional relationships with customers and promptly answer post-sales questions.
  • Conduct business in line with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct with safety as a top priority.

  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for daily use.

Additional Information
  • Location: multiple locations in Ontario (e.g., Kitchener, Hamilton, London, Toronto, etc.).
  • Schedule: Full time; Shift: Day; Travel up to 75%; Background checks including Canadian Criminal Record Check and Driver’s Abstract; Driver’s license required.
