Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is seeking a temporary full-time clerical support specialist for the Environmental Services, Solid Waste Services department in Fort McMurray. You will manage data, budgeting tasks, filing systems, and respond to inquiries while maintaining financial records and supporting time sheets, invoices, and reports.
Requires Grade 12 or GED with a 1-year Office Administration Certificate; a 2-year Diploma is a plus.

With some independent action, perform clerical support duties to include research; assemble and summarize data; maintain budget, financial records, filing system, record retention, respond to inquiries; prepare and submit time sheets, produce correspondence, reports, and invoices.
