A regional health authority is seeking a Clerk for Minor Day Procedures in Courtenay. The successful candidate will determine appointment priorities, provide clerical support, and schedule clients for appointments. Requirements include Grade 12 education, two years of related experience, and strong communication skills. This role is essential in maintaining patient safety and organizational efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager or designate and under supervision of the Endoscopy Coordinator or Registered Nurses, the Clerk, Minor Day Procedures determines appointment priority, and provides data entry and clerical functions related to patient information for the Program. Schedules and books clients for appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And ExperienceGrade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
