The Meat Clerk is responsible for performing duties professionally, accurately, and timely. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, merchandising, and supporting team training.

Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to all safety and food protocols
• Ordering, receiving, prepping, and merchandising meat products
• Providing superior customer service
• Promoting featured products to increase sales
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Preparing customer meat orders
• Participating in shrink management and staff training
• Performing other duties as required
