A day in the life of a Production Line Personnel: As a production line person, you are responsible for placing ingredients on bread, in trays, applying labels, and ensuring all products are processed efficiently. Working on the production line requires good dexterity and the ability to assemble small items quickly while maintaining accurate ingredient weights. You should be comfortable working with others, coordinating, and following instructions. This position requires some lifting; you must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Accuracy and maintaining a steady pace are essential.

Experience

• No previous experience is required
• Previous food production experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities

• Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations
• Handles production equipment safely and efficiently
• Builds product accurately and quickly
• Works as part of a coordinated team
• Understands and follows all safety standards including safety training, handling of chemicals (WHMIS), GMPs, and PPE

• Constant gripping and use of production materials
• Occasional bending and twisting
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds including waist and low level lifts
• Ability to handle a cool working environment of 1 to 4°C
