Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to meet customer needs
  • Maintain mailroom computerized courier and Canada Post shipping systems
  • Ensure timely distribution of internal and external mail
  • Trace missing shipments
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Maintain recycling program of supplies
  • Investigate mail irregularities, arrange for replacement mail, and make delivery arrangements
  • Conduct general repairs and maintenance to office buildings and equipment including chairs, workstations, and lights
  • Respond to heating and cooling adjustments, snow removal, salting, and file storage
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
