Provide customers with friendly and professional service. Fulfills duties for all areas of the Meat Department. Supervise Meat Department and staff in the absence of the Manager. Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  1. Provide customer service to meet customer needs
  2. Supervise meat personnel in the absence of the Meat Manager
  3. Promote an employee culture of coaching and development
  4. Complete customer meat orders
  5. Receive meat orders
  6. Perform daily meat preparation
  7. Merchandise the Meat Department
  8. Implement SMART retailing (Atlantic)
  9. Maintain sanitation standards
  10. Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
  11. Perform administrative duties as required

What you have to offer:

  3. Good work ethic and ability to multi-task
  4. High School Diploma
  5. Minimum of 12 months of experience
