ABOUT YOU

• Grade XII plus one-year related experience or graduate of a recognized one-year secretarial/business program
• General office skills an asset
• Experience working in a nursing unit environment is considered as asset
• Experience in staffing processes and collective agreement knowledge is considered as asset
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous changes is an asset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Competencies in other languages preferred, French an asset

HOURS

Permanent, full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$23.35 - $25.39 Hourly
