We are looking for a vital member of our team to deliver essential support services to the public and district staff while providing exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for operating the front desk which includes performing a variety of general reception and administrative duties such as:
In the event of Wildfire emergencies, you will provide essential support services to staff as a radio and phone operator. You will receive, monitor and update incoming fire calls/reports and arrange for services as requested.
The Clerk 2 works under the direction of the Area Manager/District Supervisor or designate.

As such, you have strong interpersonal skills and are a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision. You have a proven ability to exercise sound judgement and set priorities and be able to efficiently work within deadlines with minimal supervision.

There is a temporary opportunity in Lawrencetown/Annapolis County with an expected end date of November 29, 2025. Note the status of the vacancy (temp/casual) is dependent on the start date of the vacancy, and the overall duration of the position in accordance with the collective agreement.
Pay Grade: CL 13
Salary Range: $1,501.11- $1,633.95Bi-Weekly
