Where will you work: Onsite Colonsay (3 miles South Junct. Hwy. 16 & 2 Colonsay, SK S0K 0Z0)

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and the Senior Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative and clerical support primarily to the maintenance teams and for any other teams as required.

What you'll do:

Primary duties will be to support the Maintenance Workflow process through the CMMS (Maximo) system. This includes but not limited to:

Updating and completing work orders within the required time frame.

Running weekly Maximo queries for work order package printing for the different crews.

Maintaining mobile equipment entries.

Daily custom time entry for work orders.

Enter DTR’s (Desk Top Requisitions) for office supplies etc. as needed.

Update and distribute crew/shift schedule, crew lists, on call lists and callout board

Scan documents for updating to document control

Excellent time and priority management skills

Good communication skills verbally and written.

Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training.

Play a critical role not only ensuring your own safety, but also the safety of others.

Any other duties as requested.

What you'll need:

Grade 12 Diploma

Office Education Certificate from a recognized Business School and/or College or several years in a similar role.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
