Education & Experience:
Special Skills, Knowledge or Ability: Ability to work under pressure and to maintain both speed and accuracy are essential, ability to follow detailed instructions accurately, ability to follow a task through to completion following established policies and regulations, good communication skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, service oriented. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position as outlined in Working Conditions.
DECISION MAKING: (Responsibility)
In accordance with established and clearly defined library policies, procedures and regulations the incumbent plans own work in order to meet deadlines and maintain service, refers patrons to appropriate staff members or service point and refers to senior staff, as required.
