About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clerk 3 – Corporate Support Services to join a high-performing public sector team in Halifax. This is a full-time, contract position ideal for someone with strong administrative, procurement, and facilities coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and guidance to internal teams
  • Manage procurement of goods and services in compliance with government standards
  • Oversee asset management, security coordination, and office facilities
  • Support IT and telecom-related service needs and issue resolution
  • Exercise sound judgment to resolve day-to-day administrative issues independently
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in administrative support or customer service (or a combination of training and experience)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement and administrative protocols is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
