Permanent – Full Time

Position Summary
To respond to all inquiries professionally and provide clerical support to ensure the efficient delivery of all Department programs.

Position Requirements
  • Refer to Education section for the combination of education and experience.
  • A community college certificate in a related field or one (1) year of recent office experience with a grade 12 diploma. Educational equivalency may be considered per County Policy.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal French, tested and assessed at an advanced level.
  • Criminal reference check with vulnerable sector clearance.
  • Experience with Windows environment computers.
  • Keyboarding skills of 50-55 wpm.
  • Interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development is an asset.
  • Valid G class driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Salary Range
$29.42 - $33.62 per hour, as per Collective Agreement (CUPE 5820.00).
