Humber River Health is seeking a Clerical Support Associate to join the Medical Imaging team. The role involves patient reception, registration, and scheduling within a fast-paced radiology environment at the Humber River Health Wilson Site.

Prospective candidates should have radiology terminology knowledge and experience with IMS/PACS and Meditech ITS Radiology. A medical office admin diploma is preferred, with strong clerical skills and accurate keyboarding abilities required.

Formación

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (radiology) is required.
• Experience in Radiology and IMS/PACS environment is required.
• Experience in Meditech ITS (Radiology) is required.
• OBSP program experience is preferred.
• Medical Office Administration Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience with Meditech Community wide scheduling module is preferred.
• Hospital experience is an asset.
• Minimum of one year recent clerical experience in a clinical setting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining clerical and communication functions on the unit.
• Filing of film bags and reports where applicable.
• Monitor the PACS messaging system (Primordial) for verbal report requests.
• Other related duties as required.

Employment Status: Permanent Full TimeHours of Work: Must be available for all rotating 8 hour shifts of days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays (e.g. 6:30am -11:00 pm) - subject to change as per Article 3 - Management RightsLocation: Humber River Health, Wilson SiteLabour Group: Teamsters Clerical or LiUNAReporting Relationship: Manager, Medical ImagingHourly Rate: $29.966 - $31.016

Responsibilities:
