Job description

TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Castlebar.
Contract: Temporary 6 month initial contract.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Rate of Pay: €16.87 - €26.25 depending on previous relevant public experience.

Immediate start pending pre-employment checks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reception Duties: Welcoming clients, managing front-desk inquiries, and maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
  2. Telephone Support: Answering calls, providing information, and routing inquiries appropriately.
  3. Appointment Management: Scheduling, issuing, and managing appointments within the IMS electronic system; experience in this is beneficial.
  4. Administrative Support: Assisting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  5. Team Collaboration: Working alongside other clerical officers and reporting to the Staff Officer; customer service - Meeting and greeting parents and children at the reception.
  6. Communication: Communicating with the clinicians.
