Expected Number of hours: (not a guarantee) 37.5 bi-weekly
Position Summary:
As a key member of our Inpatient Surgery Department, the successful incumbent will support a variety of stakeholders including nurses and physicians. This role is responsible for a broad range of clerical functions including order entry into Meditech, arranging transportation for patients, managing telephone calls, record keeping, photocopying, and faxing. The Clerical Associate must maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
This position will work rotating shifts - days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. It contributes to ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Skills and Qualifications:
