Overview

What is the opportunity?

Provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods. Applies basic theories, skills, and practices to accomplish assignments. Supporting a large number of RBC clients and helping automate/normalize existing processes, primarily focusing on PIMCO client.

Responsibilities
  • Determining needs and suggesting solutions for administrative improvements in procedures, processes or systems to support other functions.
  • To collect and analyze information.
  • Developing appropriate project management procedures and tools for all major activities; assisting members of the organization in the use of project management methods and tools.
  • Identifying needs and suggesting support for unusual or new business requirements.
  • Clearing and processing all allocations.
  • Support and maintain all automation in place for RBC clients.
  • Maintain static data within SEALS, EATrade and XTP.
  • Monitor day to day job rules for various clients to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate any issues with RBC internal and external vendors.
  • Contribute to industry related projects.
  • Work closely with BCS teams and their partners.
