Job description

Production Engineer (Die Attach Engineer)

Location: Admiralty

Working Days: 5 Day A Week

Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary : $3500 - $4000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Performs machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines
• Able to perform machine troubleshooting
• Performs mechanical alignment
• Ensure that quality products are manufactured on schedule within the customer's requirement
• Work with Cross-functional Departments to resolve function, safety, quality, and productivity-related issues and improvements

Requirements:

• Processed basic technical knowledge in machine setup and troubleshooting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semi-con production
• Preferably with 2 years of hands-on experience in machine setup and troubleshooting of die attach bonder
• Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet, and safety shoes (only at customer side)
• Able to travel overseas whenever needed
