Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with extensive experience in residential cleaning as well as janitorial and building maintenance. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both clients and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mowing, vacuuming, and disinfecting.

• Maintain cleanliness in building common areas: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells.

Perform basic building maintenance and report issues (e.g., leaky faucets, burned-out lights).

Be able to properly do Residential cleaning as well ( Move-in -Moveout Cleaning)

Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Ensure timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential and commercial/janitorial cleaning.

Working knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and techniques.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Physical stamina and mobility must be able to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred.

BC DRIVERS LICENSE IS A STRONG ASSET.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
