Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking a Site Supervisor for a warehouse facility in Alberta. You will lead janitorial staff, ensure exceptional service, and coordinate shift schedules to meet contract requirements.

This role requires at least two years of leadership in facility services, strong knowledge of cleaning practices and safety, plus Microsoft Office proficiency and a police background check. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the facility services industry in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry, including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery.
• Demonstrated people management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demands.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use technology tools.
• Police Background Check required.

We have an immediate need for a Shift Supervisor at a warehouse facility at 292083 Crosspointe Road, Rocky View County (Balzac), AB T4A 0S3, Canada. As the Supervisor, you will lead a team of janitorial staff to deliver exceptional results.

Position Details

• Shift: Saturday and Sunday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Site: 292205 Nose Crk Blvd, Calgary, AB T4A 3N7

As a site supervisor, your duties may include…

• Ensure that the client receives exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives, responding to service quality issues on a timely basis and promoting a service oriented culture
• Prepare shift schedules and work assignments in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring the efficient delivery of services
• Promote a healthy & safe work environment by ensuring that all CCS employees follow safe operating policies and procedures
• Provide support with the training of new employees
• Ordering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance program
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Support with cleaning duties
• Manage communication with radio
• Other duties as reasonably required from time to time

What do I need?

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
• Able to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, climb stairs
• Operate equipment when required
