Summary : Seeking a Restoration Cleaning Supervisor to work in the Guelph area. This is a full-time permanent position. You will lead, motivate, and support a Production / Restoration team to ensure customer satisfaction and staff development. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Rate of pay: $24-$26 per hour. Health and dental benefits are available.

Primary Duties :

1. Supervise operational activities, including training staff, sub-trades, and vendors.
2. Maintain job costing records, including materials, inventory, and equipment.
3. Monitor drying strategies, moisture mapping, and take readings with thermohydrometers and moisture meters.
4. Assess and document jobs affected by Fire, Water, Wind, Vandalism, etc.
5. Prepare daily work orders and weekly/monthly schedules.
6. Maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors.
7. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure customer satisfaction, including regular meetings with clients and review of systems and software.
8. Manage staff development using Servpro training programs on fire, water, odour, reconstruction, and etiquette.
9. Work closely with the General Manager and Owner to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
10. Oversee protocols for maintaining facilities, vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
11. Conduct weekly job file audits.
12. Analyze and improve team processes to enhance service standards.
13. Communicate with insurance adjusters, brokers, property managers, and clients regarding job updates and damages.

Education and Experience Requirements :

1. Business administration or management diploma.
2. IICRC certification in Water and Fire.
3. Minimum 1 year experience with industry software (Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, Matterport, Drybook).
4. Minimum 2 years of Water and Fire restoration experience.
5. Minimum 3 years in business or management operations.
6. Knowledge of industry equipment, drying techniques, and moisture reading devices.
7. Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification.
8. WHMIS certification.

Physical and Work Environment : This role involves office work and field activities, including walking, standing, driving, climbing ladders, working with chemicals, and overhead work.

Working Hours and Travel : Full-time, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and local or out-of-area travel. Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.
