Aramark is seeking a Janitor for Manic-5 to maintain cleanliness across kitchens, facilities, and camp areas. The role offers a 14 days on/14 days off rotation, meals and private-room accommodation, plus a transportation allowance and group insurance benefits.

Candidates should reside in Baie-Comeau or the surrounding area and be able to work independently in a remote camp setting while adhering to safety procedures and health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be versatile and adaptable.
• Experience working in a remote camp environment is considered an asset.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical hazards and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills; courteous, dependable, and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the camp facilities.
• Properly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment that promotes health and safety of others.
• Clean assigned areas in accordance with Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
