Aramark in Manic-5 is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness in camp facilities and common areas. The role operates on a 14/14 rotation and includes meals and single-room accommodation.

A transportation allowance and group insurance are offered, and candidates must reside in Baie-Comeau or the surrounding area. The position requires following safety procedures, working independently with limited supervision, and maintaining a safe, orderly camp environment while meeting client

Qualifications

• Must be versatile.
• Experience in a remote camp is an asset.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical risks and the use of hazardous chemicals.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Good organizational skills, courteous, sociable, reliable, and able to work in a team.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.
• Ability to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen, buildings, and common areas.
• Ensure the housekeeping of the camp facilities.
• Properly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment to promote safety and health.
• Clean assigned areas according to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Comply with all established safety regulations.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Aramark is currently seeking a Janitor for Manic-5.

Aramark offers a 14/14 work rotation. The employee is provided with meals and single room accommodation, as well as access to washer and dryer facilities. Aramark also offers a transportation allowance and highly competitive group insurance. Candidates must reside in Baie-Comeau or the surrounding area.

Position: Janitor Location: Manic-5 Salary: $21.59

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean the kitchen, buildings, and common areas
