Description

We’re looking to hire a hard-working person who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of buildings we care for. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and dusting, in addition to maintenance tasks such as emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.

This is an evening position, Monday through Friday. 22-25 hours a week.

Must have a driver's license and car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete
• Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs
• Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash

Qualifications

• Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Compensation

$16.50 - $17 hourly
