Compensation: $20 – $22 / hour (full-time / permanent)

The Job – Cleaner / Packer

At On Side, Contents Technicians, also known as Cleaner Packers, arrive daily with a can-do attitude to assist clients in saving possessions and memories with empathy and hard work. They are deployed to restore order after disasters, working on-site and in warehouses, with varied daily tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Restoring personal and commercial items affected by disasters
• Packing, cataloging contents, and creating inventory lists
• Using Encircle Restoration Software
• Pre and post construction cleaning
• Cleaning contents, structures, fabrics, and textiles

What you bring:

• An optimistic attitude and a desire to help
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Physical fitness to lift, carry, and move items, following safety protocols
• Experience with technology and software recording
• Ability to pass criminal record checks
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Relevant past experience includes roles in hospitality, cleaning, customer service, and related fields.

Additional qualities that contribute to success:

• Enjoyment of teamwork and working with people
• Effective communication skills in English

Note: Disaster response involves rotating 24/7 on-call shifts, as emergencies can occur anytime.
