Compensation: $20 – $22 / hour (full-time / permanent)

The Job – Cleaner / Packer

At On Side, Content Technicians, also known as Contents Technicians, show up daily with a can-do attitude and a desire to help. They help clients save precious possessions and memories with empathy, compassion, and hard work. When disaster strikes, teams are deployed to restore order out of chaos and clean up the aftermath. Working on-site and in the warehouse means no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities include:

1. Restoring personal and commercial items to pre-disaster condition
2. Packing and cataloging contents from affected areas and creating inventory lists
3. Using Encircle Restoration Software
4. Pre and post construction cleaning
5. Cleaning contents and structures
6. Cleaning fabrics and textiles

Qualifications:

1. Optimistic outlook and a genuine desire to help
2. Exceptional organizational skills
3. Physically fit and willing to follow safety protocols
4. Experience with technology and software recording
5. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
6. Ability to pass criminal record check
7. Effective communication in English (written and spoken)

Relevant past experience includes roles in hospitality, cleaning, customer service, and similar industries.

Note: Disaster response requires a rotating schedule including 24/7 after-hours on-call work.
