Job summary

Simply Maintenance in Edmonton, AB is seeking a self-motivated Cleaner, light duty with good interpersonal skills. The two permanent, full-time positions start as soon as possible and offer 30 hours per week at $17.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, disinfecting fixtures, handling lost and found items, and addressing customer concerns. Training will be provided; fluent English is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstery.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Stock the linen closet.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• Clean and disinfect elevators.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Pick up debris and empty trash cans.
• Clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Clean changing rooms and showers.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.
