First Onsite is seeking to hire a full-time Cleaner / General Labourer to provide general cleaning, moving, and packing at both the customer's site and in the shop to prepare for rebuild and repair construction work.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLEANER / GENERAL LABOURER

As a Cleaner / General Labourer, you ensure that the contents and belongings of our clients are safely removed and packed so that the necessary rebuild and repair work can be done. You handle packing and moving boxes and loading furniture with care. Using the Encircle app, you list and document restorable and non-restorable contents both in the warehouse and on customer sites. At the end of a project, you move customer property back to its original condition in a timely manner.

You perform general cleaning, including pre- and post-construction cleaning, at both the warehouse and customer sites. You enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your cleaning, packing, and moving responsibilities. You also interact with customers to provide excellent service. In this Contents Technician / General Labourer role, you play a vital part in delivering a great customer experience with First Onsite!

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
• Willingness to work on-call for after-hours emergency work
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, material handling, climbing ladders, wearing respirators, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces)
