Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking reliable cleaners to join our network across Ontario. You will complete move-in/move-out cleaning for residential rental properties and perform turnover cleaning in vacant units.

You'll use a mobile work app, travel between appointments with your own vehicle, and ensure cleaning meets company standards. Applicants should have at least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience, own supplies, and a smartphone capable of running the app.

Responsibilities

• Inspect your work before leaving to ensure the cleaning meets company standards
• Report property damage, maintenance concerns, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned
• Travel between cleaning appointments using your own vehicle

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to appointments and carry cleaning supplies
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment required to complete residential cleaning appointments
• Must have your own suitable smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, using GPS, taking clear photos, reading instructions, and submitting job updates
• Comfortable cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas
• Able to work independently and follow cleaning instructionsBasic English communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-confirmed arrival times
