Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking reliable cleaners to join our growing network across Ontario. You will perform move-in/move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning in vacant properties, and regular housekeeping in occupied homes.

Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and appliances, using a mobile app, and ensuring high standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of professional cleaning, own vehicle and supplies, a smartphone for the app, and basic English

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable performing move-in/move-out cleaning and regular housekeeping.
• Own reliable vehicle to travel to appointments and carry cleaning supplies.
• Own cleaning equipment and supplies required for residential cleaning.
• Own smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, GPS, photos, and updates.
• Comfortable cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other areas.
• Able to work independently with basic English communication skills.

• Use a mobile work app to receive assignments, read instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update job statuses.
• Inspect your work before leaving to ensure the cleaning meets company standards.
• Report property damage, maintenance concerns, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned.
• Travel between cleaning appointments using your own vehicle.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment required to complete residential cleaning appointments
• Must have your own suitable smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, using GPS, taking clear photos, reading instructions, and submitting job updates
• Comfortable cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas
• Able to work independently and follow cleaning instructionsBasic English communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-confirmed arrival times
