Job description

We’re growing! And looking to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team for the position of Cleaner located in Kingston, ON! This full-time position is ideal for someone who loves making things sparkle!

What you'll be doing:

1. Supporting the daily operations of our residential properties through regular cleaning of common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
2. Ensuring lobbies and stairwells are in tip-top shape for our tenants!
3. Providing customer service and a welcoming environment for our tenants as you work around the properties.

What we look for:

1. Excellent cleaning skills and ability to make things shine!
2. Knowledgeable of appropriate cleaning products and tools.
3. General office administration skills and PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
4. Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull, as well as go up and down stairs.
5. Two (2) years related work experience.
6. Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field is considered an asset.
