We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our communities. If you are detail-oriented, pride yourself on your work, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and perform touch-ups
• Manage interior and exterior garbage pickup
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as needed
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure equipment is functional and properly maintained
• Perform additional tasks and support other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Minimum 2 years cleaning experience

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift for up to eight hours
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with proper equipment
• Strong customer service commitment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and assertiveness

Additional Requirements

• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
