Cuso International recherche un(e) Assistant(e) de Classe pour travailler dans des écoles des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, Canada, pour enrichir la vie des élèves tout en favorisant l'apprentissage et l'implication communautaire. Volunteer Location : Various schools in the Northwest Territories, Canada
Please note that this is not a remote opportunity and requires physical presence in the Northwest Territories for the entire duration.
Placement duration : August 24, 2024 - June 25, 2025 (school year)
Language Requirements : English Level 5-Fluent
Eligibility : Open to Canadian Citizens (including Permanent Residents and Open Work permit holders) and United Kingdom Citizens only
The Volunteer’s Role
Join us as a Classroom Assistant and make a lasting impact in Indigenous communities! You will inspire and motivate students by sharing your knowledge and experiences, encouraging them to pursue education and believe in their potential.
Your role involves supporting students in grades 4-12 through the e-learning program, connecting classrooms across Northern Canada, and participating in community activities and events. This is a unique opportunity to engage with the community and learn about Indigenous cultures.
