Job description

Start date to be agreed with the successful candidate Fixed term contract until 31 August 2027 Morley Newlands Academy is seeking to recruit a creative, passionate and inspirational Class Teacher to provide engaging learning opportunities and deliver high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to reach their full potential across a range of exciting and evolving subjects. This opportunity is open to ECTs.

Either

Potential applicants should have:

• Successful placement(s), teaching (applicants currently in training),

Or

• Successful record of teaching including very good exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS)
• A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
• The ability to put vision into practice.

About Us

Morley Newlands Academy is a large primary school, with over 650 children from Nursery age right up to Year 6. Situated close to the centre of Morley in south Leeds, our academy serves families from across the local community.
