Advanced Flow Systems Pipe Works in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a skilled Class B Pressure Welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld stainless and carbon steel piping and pressure vessels from engineered drawings, using TIG, MIG, and Flux Core techniques to meet exacting specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience welding stainless steel using GMAW.
• Strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel and carbon steel.
• MIG welding experience on stainless steel and carbon steel pipe and vessels.
• Experience fitting and fabricating stainless steel and carbon steel pipe and pressure vessels.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding in accordance with approved welding procedures and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication details to fit, tack, and weld components accurately.
• Fabricate and assemble custom products, jigs, fixtures, and production components.
• Work closely with Supervisors and Lead Hands to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete required production documentation and quality records.
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
