4Refuel Canada is seeking skilled, safety-minded fuel delivery drivers to join our Surrey operation. You will deliver fuel to client fleets, operate in outdoor conditions, and work as part of a professional team dedicated to timely service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a valid Class 5 license with airbrake endorsement, and the ability to work weekends or holidays. We provide paid training, uniforms, PPE, and competitive earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must have Class 5 with airbrake endorsement.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays; overtime available.
• Able to perform outdoor physical work in all weather.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering superior customer service.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with onboard computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel to clients within a designated area in a timely fashion.
• Fuel fleets, heavy equipment, generators, and bulk tanks.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and document related data.
• Use handheld devices to monitor fuel flow and report discrepancies.

What you will do:

• Deliver fuel to our client base in a timely fashion within a designated area
• Fuel up fleets, heavy equipment machinery, generators, complete bulk tank drops, and or trains
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer demands
• Work independently, and or as a team to complete your route for the day
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation
• Use a hand-held computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being disposed form the truck

What we require of you:

• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
• Must have Class 5 with airbrake endorsement
• Flexible to work Weekends and/or Holidays when required. Overtime is offered to those who are willing to work extended and flexible hours
• Enjoy outdoor physical work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service
• Experience working in an environment where there is minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable with onboard computer technology
• Must have a safety and compliance mindset

During the interview stage, all candidates will be road tested and will participate in a Ride Along with a seasoned 4Refuel driver. Should an offer be extended, candidates must successfully pass pre-employment testing which consists of: a criminal record search, drug and medical testing and employment reference check.
