Job description

Route Sales Driver – Class 3 or Class 1

Our client, located in Calgary’s industrial SE, is looking for a customer focused Class 3 Delivery Driver, to deliver products to their clients in the Calgary-area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience working as a Class 3 or Class 1 Delivery Driver
• Provide clean Driver’s Abstract required
• Must be physically capable, able to lift product weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and pleasant attitude
• Clear and effective communicator, with a good command of the English language
• Pass a criminal background check
• Familiar and comfortable driving in and around the Calgary area
• Experienced in manual transmission
• Must have roll-off experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate a company vehicle delivering product to existing clients in the Calgary-area
• Load and unload the truck, and support in the warehouse as needed
• Greet and liaise with clients on site, answering any product related questions
• Some weekend work may be required
• Must be reliable, hard-working with a strong work ethic
• Must have steel toed safety footwear
• Must prove three relevant working references
