Job Description

The Straight Truck / Warehouse Team Member safely unloads products and provides exceptional customer service to Domino's Pizza store locations. All team members are expected to follow safety rules, policies, and procedures, working safely at all times.

Schedule: Afternoon/evening shift 2pm-midnight (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) when driving; 7:00am-3:30pm when working in the warehouse.

Pay: $24.50/hr

Responsibilities and Duties

65%) Deliver and Unload Product

• Safely deliver and pick up products, including shunting and switching with remote drivers.
• Assist with store deliveries, verifying cooler and trailer temperatures at each stop.
• Pick up damaged or unsold products; empty tray containers and deliver to Supply Chain Center.
• Secure remaining products/trays in trailer after deliveries.
• Occasionally collect non-cash CODs from customers.
• Resolve customer service complaints promptly.

25%) Complete Necessary Paperwork

• Verify and secure loads before dispatch.
• Ensure safety equipment is used before dispatch.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Verify driving logs and comply with regulations.
• Be accountable for vehicle and product.

10%) Work in Warehouse

• Receive shipments, check against inventory sheets or purchase orders for accuracy.
• Stamp product with delivery date.
• Report discrepancies in product amounts.
• Unload products from containers and trucks, using FIFO for stock rotation.
• Clean cargo areas and pre-cool trucks as per specifications.
• Verify load accuracy and assist drivers with pre-departure checks.
• Load trucks securely and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 23 years old.
• Valid Class 3 Commercial Driver's License (or working towards it).
• Ability to lift up to 40 KGS and perform heavy pushing/pulling, including working in refrigerated conditions (2-5°C).
