Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in Sydney, Canada is seeking a hands-on team member to perform industrial cleaning using hot wash and high-pressure methods, operate vacuum truck and mobile wash, and assist with hose setup. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, confinement entry, and readiness for night and weekend shifts.

• Must be able to work night shifts when required and weekends.

Job Duties

• Perform industrial cleaning using Hot Wash, High Pressure and Hose Truck
• Confined space entry
• Lift up to 50lbs to set up and control hoses, and to shovel waste material
• Operate vacuum truck and mobile wash
• Must be able to work night shift when required.
• Must be able to work weekends when required.
• Must be able to work long and changing shifts on short notice.
• Represent the Company by providing professional customer service to our clients, customers, vendors, both on and off the job
• Participate in all work related tasks as assigned by your Supervisor at a variety of locations in a safe and effective manner
• Other duties as assigned.
