Job summary

Integrated Staffing Limited is seeking a Class 3 Driver to perform routine collection of residential waste and recycling within an assigned area using side-load or rear-load trucks. Job description

THE JOB

Class 3 Drivers are responsible for the routine collection of residential waste and recycling within an assigned area using side-load or rear-load trucks, as well as transporting materials to disposal sites.

This is a hands-on role involving repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of waste and recycling receptacles weighing 50–75 lbs. Drivers will also operate a fork truck to transport bins and provide some customer service when interacting with customers on site.

REQUIREMENTS

A valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake endorsement is required, along with your own transportation to and from the shop. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and performing repetitive pushing and pulling throughout the day. CSA-approved above-the-ankle steel-toed boots are required, with all other PPE provided by the client. Drivers must follow all applicable road rules, use proper lifting techniques, and remain aware of their surroundings at all times.
