Job summary

CareerBeacon is seeking reliable Class 1 P&D drivers in Dorval, QC for a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with local pickup and delivery routes. Shifts include Day and Afternoon; hours from 8:00-9:00 AM and 2:30 PM-11:00 PM.

Earn $31.27 per hour with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. This position offers vacation pay accrual and the opportunity to be home every day, along with required inspections, loading/unloading, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Class 1 license.
• Driver's Abstract issued within the last 30 days.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs independently.
• Criminal background check (in-house).
• Road test.
• Drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete local pickup and delivery routes safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload freight as required.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with clients.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation.
• Comply with all company policies and transportation safety regulations.

We are currently recruiting reliable and safety-focused Class 1 P&D Drivers with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience on behalf of one of our valued clients in Dorval, QC.

Day and Afternoon Shifts Available! This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday opportunity offering local pickup and delivery routes, competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, weekly pay, vacation pay, and the ability to be home every day.
