Job summary

Armour Transportation Group in Charlottetown, PE is seeking a dependable Class 1 Truck Driver for day shift regional pick‑up and delivery.

You will operate Class 1 vehicles, load/unload freight, complete scans and paperwork, and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely service. Candidates should have a clean driving record, 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 License with no restrictions and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Proven ability to operate manual transmission trucks with recent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years driving a tractor-trailer.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.
