Job summary

Armour Transportation Group in New Glasgow, NS is seeking a dependable Class 1 Truck Driver for day shift regional pick-up and delivery. You will operate Class 1 vehicles safely, load and unload freight, and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Proven ability to operate manual transmission trucks is considered an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of safe driving experience with tractor-trailers.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.
